Langhe Nebbiolo
Our Langhe Nebbiolo is a traditional dry red wine made from Nebbiolo grapes. The skins are left in contact with the juice for fifteen to seventeen days, and the wine is aged in a concrete egg vessel for eight months and another ten months in a 1000-liter French oak barrel. It is bottled without filtration. This wine has soft tannins and a fruity aroma.
BARBERA D’ASTI
We produce a dry Barbera d’Asti wine from vines planted over forty-five years ago. The vinification uses spontaneous fermentation, and the juice rests on the skins for fifteen days. The wine is then aged in stainless for seven months, and in a concrete egg vessel for an additional three months. It is not filtered before bottling. Our Barbera d’Asti Riserva is further aged in 1000-liter oak casks.

NIZZA
The NIZZA DOCG was created in 2014 and is comprised of only 18 municipalities near Nizza Monferrato in Piedmont Italy. The grape for NIZZA is Barbera. Our commune, Rocchetta Palafea, is located in the NIZZA DOCG area. The DOCG discipline requires at least 18 months of maturation with at least 6 months in wood. Our 2023 NIZZA is aged in 1000-liter French oak barrels for one year.
Orange wine
Our orange wine is produced from fifty-five year old Moscato vines. The juice ferments on the skins for 10 days, is aged in stainless steel for 11 months and bottled without filtration. This wine is more complex than traditional white wines. Orange wine pairs well with meat and rich vegetarian dishes.

FIORIGIALLI
We produce a dry Moscato wine from old vines planted in 1965. The vinification starts with natural fermentation, and the wine is aged in a stainless steel vessel for eight months. This delicate, dry white wine has floral aromas.
PÉt-nat
We produce a sparkling white wine, Pét-Nat, from early-harvested Brachetto grapes using the ancestral method. The wine is bottled and aged on the lees for eight months. Then the solids are disgorged, leaving an unusually clear and crisp Pét-Nat. Perfect for a summer day!
